Key Responsibilities:
- Represent NuVision Auto Glass in a professional, customer-focused manner through direct marketing and outreach
- Participate in hands-on training in areas including sales strategy, leadership development, and team management
- Collaborate with team members and leadership to meet client goals and performance targets
- Manage customer accounts and ensure a high level of service and satisfaction
- Contribute to a positive, fast-paced work environment while preparing for internal promotion opportunities
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- No prior experience required; full training is provided
