Position Overview:
As the Call Center Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing our high-volume sales floor, leading a team of agents working outbound hot leads. You’ll play a vital role in training, coaching, recruiting, and setting the standard for success. This is a full-time, salaried role with strong growth potential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day operations of the outbound call center sales floor
• Motivate and coach sales agents to meet and exceed performance goals
• Monitor sales metrics and generate performance reports
• Recruit, hire, and train new sales staff
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies and call scripts
• Set clear performance expectations and goals for the team
• Resolve escalated customer and agent issues with professionalism and urgency
• Collaborate with leadership to continuously improve processes and outcomes
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
• 3–5 years of experience managing a call center or inside sales team
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals
• High energy, reliable, and a natural problem solver
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Proficiency in training and mentoring sales staff
• Solid understanding of sales reporting and analytics
• Experience in recruiting and team development
