Position Overview:
We’re seeking a motivated and empathetic team player who thrives on customer interaction. In this role, you’ll be the go-to contact for follow-ups, reviews, and resolution. Whether it’s reaching out to happy customers or turning a tough situation into a positive one, you’ll play a key role in maintaining our 5-star reputation.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Call and follow up with previous customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage 5-star reviews
- Listen to and assist disgruntled customers, identifying solutions and resolving concerns with professionalism
- Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure issues are resolved efficiently
- Track feedback and trends to help improve our overall customer experience
- Provide clear, friendly, and proactive communication throughout every interaction
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent phone and communication skills
- Calm, composed, and solution-focused under pressure
- Prior experience in customer service or client-facing roles
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections
- Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented
